Hi, my name is Erica De La Rosa,and I'm a fourth year Politics and Legal Studies double major. As Chief Executive Officer, I lead the Executive Board and rest of the cabinet of the Theta Xi chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta. It has been a privilege to lead all the amazing women on Exec and Cabinet! My favorite memory has to be going to the CEO Leadership Conference as well as Grand Convention! It was so inspiring to be around the other CEOs and hundreds of Thetas from across North America who love Theta as much as I do. Plus, I got to meet some amazing women from Northern California who make up the district Theta Xi is in. They are now some of my closest friends and our group message is always going off!

I’m Hana Baig & I'm a fourth year Legal Studies and Politics double major with an Education minor. I joined Theta to build a support system of like-minded women and I have truly found a family away from home in my sisters. I'm so happy with our charter year at UCSC and I can't wait to see how our sisterhood will grow in the years to come.

Hello! I’m Raina Scherer & I’m currently a third year majoring in Jewish Studies. I’m thrilled to be serving as the Chief Financial Officer for this year. Being a part of Kappa Alpha Theta has given me a fantastic network of sisters that I know will always support me when I need it. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for this chapter!

Hello! I'm Bridget, and I'm a senior Politics major with a History minor. Serving as Theta Xi's CEAO has been such a rewarding experience as our chapter continues to grow. I work with our Philanthropy Director to plan events raising funds for CASA, and with the Online Media Director to create content highlighting the achievements of our chapter and showcasing individual sisters. Since so much of my position involves social media and community outreach, my motto has become "PR moves only" as I work hard to create an honest and positive image of our sisterhood. The dedication to sisterhood, service, and scholarship is what drew me to Theta in the fall of my sophomore year. Joining Theta is hands down the best decision I made in college, and I'm so excited to welcome more amazing women into our sisterhood! TLAM!

Hi, my name is Alex, I’m a third year Anthropology and Earth Sciences combined major, and I am our chapter’s Chief Learning Officer for 2018! As CLO, I plan and coordinate all of our chapter’s rituals and education events, and I have the wonderful opportunity to work closely with our New Member Director and Scholarship Director in order to provide our chapter with the best educational experience possible! Being CLO (and a Theta in general) has given me so much, from showing me my love of ritual to connecting me with an amazing mentor in my department and providing me with so many opportunities to develop my leadership potential and truly find myself within such a supportive group of sisters! Theta taught me how to be brave, outgoing, and confident, and has provided me with a support system like no other that I know I can always depend on. Theta has really helped me acclimate to life here at UCSC, and I honestly couldn’t imagine my collegiate life without my sisters.
